CLM Sleep is a dedicated Sleep Apnea Solutions provider that specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of Sleep Apnea. CLM is committed to helping people who are suffering from a condition known as Sleep Apnea to sleep better and achieve good, quality sleep. CLM works with leading Sleep Scientists and Sleep & Respiratory Physicians to provide quality diagnosis and therapy for Sleep Apnea sufferers. Our Consultants are carefully selected and trained to comply with best practice industry standards. The clinical knowledge coupled with patient-centric care helps CLM work closely with patients to tailor a treatment most suitable and effective for them. This may include CPAP treatment, positional therapy, lifestyle changes or oral appliances.

Position Summary :
Reporting to the Managing Director your duties will be to perform a range of general accounting duties. You will maintain complete sets of financial records, keep track of accounts, and verify the accuracy of procedures used for recording financial transactions through the nominated business accounting software. You are passionate about providing exceptional client service and working as part of a cohesive team servicing a diverse client base within the health industry. The role would ideally grow towards higher level function such as providing financial advisory to high level management on areas such as budget, sales and performance analysis, as well as assist with some financial planning for the business.

Key Requirements :

  • Adequate amount of relevant experience in applicable industry
  • Advanced user of Sybiz/MYOB
  • Intermediate Microsoft suite experience especially with Excel and formulas, with strong data entry skills
  • Payables and receivables experience, some debtor management experience would also be advantagous
  • Using initiative to ensure quality and efficient work
  • Work autonomously and demonstrate a strong ability to deliver to expectations of management requirements in line with business operations
  • Have the ability to speak with clients across a variety of industries and backgrounds
  • The ability to build, manage and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal

Job Responsibility :

  • Keep up to date with weekly payroll documents and ensure that all other statutory requirements are met and in place
  • Completing the BAS reconciliation and all other required related taxation obligations
  • Conducting the required accounts payable, accounts receivable, debtor management and collections of debtors as required for the overall business operations, including the inventory invoicing and billing
  • Working on and maintaining cash flow projections, management or payments, and relevant cost controls
  • Assist in driving continuous improvement with the organisation and its operations from a financial aspect
  • Assisting in general office administration duties as required
