Jodie Cole is an experienced and enthusiastic learning and development
professional with extensive coaching, training, mentoring and motivational
skills, with a proven ability to empower others, enabling them to achieve
their full potential.
Jodie Cole Coaching focusses on ‘Business Renovation’ whereby she enters
an existing business to ‘renovate/refresh’ it from the perspective of the
current business owner’s either wanting to reinvigorate the business and
staff or to renovate to ‘sell/delegate’ to look at moving on from their
business into ‘life’ ( retirement, semi-retirement) and what that may look like
for them.
Jodie does this by strategically determining what is the best process for each
individual business, then moving into developing and implementing bespoke
training in a wide range of subjects, culminating in what is needed along the
lines of Coaching and Mentoring of management and staff.
All in all the Business comes out better ( renovated/refreshed) than it began.
