Position Summary :
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2 day part-time receptionist to join the business advisory admin team in a job-share arrangement. This role is perfect for those looking for variety and love interacting with a range of people.

Key Requirements :
+ Excellent professional demeanour and presentation

+ Interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels

+ Strong organisational skills

+ Able to work efficiently within a team

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Initiative and willingness to learn

+ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Job Responsibility :
+ Meeting and greeting visitors and clients in a welcoming and professional manner;

+ Answering phone calls and taking accurate messages;

+ Daily mail;

+ Processing ATO assessments and correspondence;

+ Maintain meeting rooms and coordinating catering requirements; and

+ Ad hoc word processing.
